Our stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, although we had to press up to the window for the Mt. Fuji view, were spacious and a total delight, complete with a comfy futon and yukata. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist, especially after my husband fell ill. The location was wonderful, offering great views of Mt. Fuji and the lake. The dining experience was fantastic, although Japanese style may not be for everyone. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed during our stay.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms offered a fabulous view of Mt. Fuji and the lake, although we had to press up to the window to fully appreciate it. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful and going out of their way to assist us. The location was excellent, providing a great view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. The dining experience was varied and tasty, offering both traditional Japanese and Western styles. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor quirks.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel was wonderfully located with easy access to town and breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. The rooms were immaculately clean and gave me a taste of traditional Japanese comfort. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
