Our stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, although we had to press up to the window for the Mt. Fuji view, were spacious and a total delight, complete with a comfy futon and yukata. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist, especially after my husband fell ill. The location was wonderful, offering great views of Mt. Fuji and the lake. The dining experience was fantastic, although Japanese style may not be for everyone. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed during our stay.
